We’re looking for a Senior Customer Insight Manager to lead our international research and insights programme. You’ll be a vital voice for our customers, uncovering what motivates them, how they experience Omaze, and how we can better serve them. You’ll help shape strategic decision‑making by connecting research, feedback, and performance data to deliver a deep and actionable understanding of our audience. This role requires monthly travel between Munich and London, so you’ll need to be comfortable navigating cross‑market dynamics and collaborating in person with key teams. Your work will fuel growth, innovation, and better customer experiences across Omaze.
