We are seeking a strategic, AI and data-driven (Sr.) Demand Generation Manager to lead pipeline generating- initiatives across our global markets with primary focus on the EMEA region.
This role reports directly into the Director, Global Demand Generation, and will collaborate closely with a Marketing Campaign Specialist, a Digital Marketing Manager, and a US-based teammate to build multi-channel programs that drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and revenue.
You will own the development, execution, and optimization of integrated and AI-driven demand generation campaigns that influence the entire buyer journey — from top-of-funnel acquisition to acceleration and expansion.
Job requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Willingness to explore and adopt AI and automation tools, approaches and drive them across the marketing/GTM teams – preferred track record/experience in using these
- Proven experience and results in demand generation or digital marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, marketing automation, and CRM systems (Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with international, cross-functional teams.
- Experience designing or optimizing lead nurturing programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a global or regional role within fast paced environments
- Familiarity with modern intent data platforms, attribution tools, ABM strategies, AI-driven approaches & tools
- Knowledge of the B2B buyer journey and content orchestration across channels.

Job responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
- Drive automation and AI strategies across the marketing team, in collaboration with Marketing Ops and in line with companywide initiatives
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies and campaigns to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns that align with company goals and specific customer segments.
- Use a mix of channels including email, social media, paid advertising, content syndication, webinars, and events.
- Design and implement lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the funnel.
Campaign Operations & Optimization
- Manage, optimize and future-proof marketing automation and CRM processes while exploring next-gen tools & AI (in collaboration with Marketing Ops & RevOps)
- Manage and optimize segmentation, scoring, attribution, and reporting (in collaboration of Marketing Ops & RevOps)
- Continuously test and iterate on campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Track and analyze lead and campaign performance; develop insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain a clear view of campaign pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and budget utilization
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and the US Marketing colleague to align strategies and messaging.
- Collaborate with content, design, and campaign operations to build compelling assets that support campaign objectives.
- Partner with the Marketing Campaign Specialist to operationalize and execute campaigns consistently and accurately.
Other Activities
- Support the planning and promotion of other EMEA activities to supplement digital, while primary focusing on DACH
- Collaborate with the Marketing Campaign Specialist & extended GTM team lead journeys, lead capture, and follow-up.
