The Team – your impact 

As a Sr. Digital Technology PM/PMO Manager you will lead workstreams, PMOs or projects to drive digitization and turning E.ON into a digital-first energy company. You will be part of a forward-thinking organization that values innovation, agility and impact.  

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• You will be accountable and drive for large and complex solution projects or PMO activities end-to-end; from definition and setup through delivery to successful go-live and operation 

• You will actively engage with senior stakeholders of C- level to ensure buy-in and support for the project by managing and driving communication, decision papers and Steering Committees.  

• You will build high performing teams and foster a culture of delivery excellence, transparency and continuous improvement.   

• You are in a shaping role of the project governance, ensuring visibility into project risks, status and interdependencies as well as managing escalations and the program's budget to ensure successful delivery 

• You develop and maintain port dashboards, KPIs and executive reporting and act as an advisor to several cross-functional stakeholders. 

• You ensure resource planning and capacity alignment are aligned with business priorities. 

• You take over a leading role in building our Expert Services practice in Germany and our regional organizations by improving our frameworks, methodologies and best practices. 

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• You have a university degree in Business, IT, or a related field 

• You have a proven track record of several years at a top-tier consulting firm working in digital technology or have gained substantial experience in the industry – ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. 

• You have experience in establishing or leading a PMO or similar project governance function and have proven the ability to lead a team effectively and inspire them towards a common goal. 

• Strong understanding of both traditional and agile delivery methodologies (Prince 2, PMI, SAFe, Scrum) – certification is a plus.  

• You have a technology knowledge and functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: Business Transformation, Change Management, Digital Service & Platform Development, Rollout & Industrialization 

• Ideally, you have knowledge of the energy sector and the grid business 

• You have fluent English and German language skills in spoken and written and are willing to travel
