About The Role

We are Procure Ai, a market leader in bringing artificial intelligence and automation to the procurement process with the goal to unlock massive savings for our clients by having a high-value procurement function. We are a remote team of experienced tech and business professionals, based in Germany, UK, and France. We enjoy collaborating remotely and come together for regular team offsites in Europe. We are now recruiting an experienced Fullstack Software Engineer (Senior, Principal, DE) (m/f/d) with a strong backend focus for further growth.

You will join a team of experienced senior engineers committed to creating intelligent software & developing code that enhances procurement efficiency. Your work will involve developing features for our existing platform, creating new products, and integrating with third-party platforms. Our tech stack includes Python, Typescript, GO, AWS/Azure, React, Node.js.

Please note: This is an individual contributor role, so comfort with remote work is essential.

Impact & Ownership

• Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code focusing on Typescript, React, SQL, and Node.js.
• Participating in agile practices, code reviews, and providing feedback.
• Creating technical specifications and documentation with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshooting and debugging code.
• Staying updated with emerging software development technologies and trends.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Team-oriented problem solver with impactful role experience.
• Proven full-stack experience using Typescript in a micro-service architecture with a strong backend focus (minimum 5 years).
• Proficiency in React, GraphQL, Node.js, and SQL databases.
• Experience working in agile environments, preferably SCRUM methodology.
• English proficiency; German skills are a plus.
