Meet The Team
The EMEA Commercial team is a multi-disciplinary group of managers, developers, BAs, and partner resources working within a matrix structure inside the global commercial team. They support and implement changes to core business systems that underpin all external commercial, sales, and customer support interactions in EMEA and LATAM, as well as new product launches, market expansions, and capabilities. This fast‑paced environment rewards proactive contributions that directly impact customers.

We are seeking a Business Relationship Senior Manager who will lead the team and partner with business stakeholders to establish and maintain meaningful relationships that deliver positive impact across the organization in EMEA and LATAM.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes.
- Understand and define the Commercial IT portfolio.
- Oversee line‑management duties, including recruitment, goal setting, and performance management.
- Coordinate support for Technical Delivery teams and third‑party development partners.
- Liaise with managers and leads of global shared teams to coordinate project deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Production Support Manager to support incident and request resolution SLAs.
What Makes You Successful
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a BRM or significant customer‑management experience.
- Proven line‑management responsibilities, including recruitment, performance management, and talent development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid SDLC processes.
- Experience in vendor management, including Statements of Work, budgeting, and invoicing.
- Knowledge of IT application support processes (ITIL).
- Excellent written and oral communication and relationship‑management skills.
- Ability to drive enthusiasm with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Flexibility to work in a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working in a global setting with multi‑discipline teams across time zones.

Travel Required
Experience And Education Requirements
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of industry experience, or 5–8 years of people‑management experience.
Flex Workplace
Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office‑visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120 km).
