Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Thermal Simulation for the characterization and development of Infineon products, on package, board and system levelThermal virtual prototyping and simulation-based product optimizationThermal consulting of internal customers from development and application; close interaction with customers from a problem statement to simulation results interpretation and deliveryGeneration of simulation and compact models for end customersDevelopment of solutions for simulation automation Your Profile Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed A degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering, physics or a similar fieldAt least 3-5 years of experience in thermal FEM/CFD simulationsVery good experience with FEM and CFD Tools, ideally Ansys Mechanical/Icepak, Simcenter FlothermKnowledge in creating and modifying 3D CAD geometries for simulationStrong understanding of thermodynamics, ideally in the context of semiconductor or microelectronic devicesExperience in programming for simulation automation (Python, C++)Fluent English skills, German is a plus Contact: Julie Danielsen Larsen, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
