The part you’ll play

We are looking for a Staff Engineer that enjoys working in a collaborative environment. This position will include hands‑on development and a close working relationship with our development teams, product owners, tech leaders, etc. You will help us to:

• Make decisions to ensure we build maintainable software solutions.
• Scale the team while delivering efficiently and pragmatically.
• Create a vision for where we want to go and help guide the teams to get there.
• Participate and plan architecture for new initiatives and improve the existing ones.
• Help us with our CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, observability of our systems and much more to improve our technical processes.
• Develop high quality, innovative, flexible, and scalable technical solutions.

What you’ll bring to the team

• 6+ years in enterprise software engineering.
• Successfully operating in a service‑oriented architecture.
• Experience mentoring and coaching engineers.
• Knowledge in general-purpose programming language (e.g., C# or .NET).
• Be able to challenge teams to reach excellence: both technical and non‑technical.
• Having a data‑driven mindset.
• Experience with stakeholders management.
• A passion for engineering, learning, and teamwork is a must!
• Good written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
