Eligibility Criteria

Completed 3-year Nursing Degree/Diploma (GNM / B.Sc Nursing) or higher
Willingness to undergo German recognition process (if not already recognized)
German language proficiency:
- Minimum B1 (mandatory)
- B2 preferred
Relevant hospital experience in internal departments (preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
Professional responsibility, commitment, and patient-centered approach
