- Being based in Berlin or Cologne (or nearby) would be ideal – remote within the EU may also be an option.
- Having experience with product management – this role won’t be new to you.

For this we need you
- Grow our platform usage – both strategically and operationally.
- Lead and inspire a cross‑functional team to ship high-quality features and improvements.
- Shape and drive a clear, scalable product strategy for our Prematch app.
- Take the platform to the next level in usage, interaction and network effects.
- Push continuous product discovery and fast‑paced delivery.
- Ensure strong execution and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Your mission
- Continuously improve our product processes and ensure efficient workflows.
- Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with our overall business goals.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between engineers, designers and other teams.
- Lead discovery efforts and conduct user research for both existing and new features.
- Monitor and analyse product performance, user feedback and market trends to support data‑driven decisions.
- Create transparency and clarity across the team to improve alignment and execution.
What else might be part of your role
- Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
- Maintain product analytics and performance dashboards.
- Define, run and evaluate A/B tests to continuously improve features.
What Do You Need
- 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (either leading ICs or managing teams).
- Familiarity with grassroots football.
- Proven track record of shipping successful products, ideally mobile apps.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate others, especially during high‑pressure phases.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to stay hands‑on and dive into the details when needed.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (German being a plus).
Advantage but not a must
- Experience with social networks and growth strategies.
- Technical background or understanding of mobile app development.
