As a Product Manager in the Payment Risk and Fraud domain, you will be crucial in safeguarding the financial integrity of all HelloFresh brands globally. You will own the strategy and execution for key risk areas, including payment fraud and voucher abuse, directly impacting our global revenue. Every day, you will leverage data from millions of transactions to drive the roadmap of risk and fraud prevention and optimization initiatives, balancing customer obsession with efficiency. You will define the long-term product strategy, both by designing and building internal tools and by integrating and managing best-in-class external solutions. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Business Operations to deliver best-in-class risk management that fuels HelloFresh's sustainable growth.

What you'll do: The Recipe

• Define the long-term vision and mission for your Risk and Fraud Management products, uncovering new opportunities that generate measurable P&L impact.
• Translate the product vision into clear yearly plans and sequenced, iterative investments in collaboration with your cross-functional team.
• Collaborate regularly with leadership across the business and Product functions to understand their roadmaps, manage dependencies, secure buy-in, and drive successful implementation of product initiatives.
• Establish a robust, data-driven, and customer-focused metric framework to inspect performance and connect your team's output directly to macro-level company performance.
• Evaluate and manage existing and prospective third-party providers in the payments and fraud domain, assessing new partnerships to drive seamless customer experiences and business success.

What you'll bring: The Ingredients

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager within a consumer-facing or financial services company preferably in the payments, risk, or fraud domain.
• Demonstrable strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, translating market dynamics and customer needs into actionable product plans. Previous experience working with ML based products is a plus.
• A high-grade product toolkit and mindset with a clear track record of ruthless prioritization, customer obsession, and analytical rigor.
• You are a natural problem-solver with a history of running product discovery, solving meaningful customer and business problems, and delivering scalable solutions.
• Great communication skills that allow you to effectively win over stakeholders and clearly communicate results of complex initiatives to diverse audiences (business leaders, country leadership, senior management).
• A commercial and partnership mindset focused on developing relationships with both internal leaders and external third-party vendors to improve performance and drive business success.
