To further scale our growing business, we are looking for a Staff Salesforce Engineer - Technical Architect, based in Germany (hybrid role / office in Berlin)
As a Staff Salesforce Engineer – Technical Architect at Oviva, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Salesforce platform, which serves as the backbone of our global business operations. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across engineering, operations, and other business units to define the platform’s strategic direction and ensure it evolves in line with Oviva’s long-term objectives.
You will act as a trusted technical authority, driving architectural vision, setting technical standards, and guiding teams in the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions. Your leadership will extend beyond engineering, influencing how Oviva manages patient journeys and streamlines operational processes. By mentoring other engineers and leading complex initiatives, you’ll ensure our Salesforce ecosystem supports both operational excellence and a seamless user experience, ultimately helping us deliver accessible and effective care to people living with weight-related conditions.
