We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff/Principal Functional Verification Engineer to join this dynamic team. This role is part of the functional verification team, dedicated to delivering high-quality and high-performance solutions for on-chip network solutions. With a strong focus on design quality, customer orientation, and on-time delivery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our innovative products.

This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility to work from both our Mannheim and Villach locations.

Responsibilities

As a Staff/Principal Functional Verification Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining UVM SystemVerilog verification environments for our NoC IP
• Elaborating and contributing to IP and product specification documents
• Creating and executing comprehensive functional verification plans
• Designing, implementing, and continuously improving verification test benches
• Identifying, understanding, and debugging errors
• Working on coverage closure and monitoring daily regression runs
• Collaborating closely with the digital design team and cross-functional groups to ensure successful and timely product releases

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A B.S./M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with an emphasis on hardware design
• A minimum of 10 years of work experience, including internships
• Proficiency in UVM SystemVerilog and SystemVerilog Assertions
• Experience with Cadence XCELIUM and vManager is advantageous
• Knowledge of HDL coding is a plus
• Familiarity with scripting programming languages such as Python, TCL, and Bash is a plus
