We are looking for an Expert Professional to drive the implementation of the latest internal and external Standards in our Power Transformers factories across Europe. This role offers an exciting opportunity to broaden your expertise across various disciplines and functions, engage in dynamic projects and build a strong professional network both within and outside our organization.
You will be an active member of International Standards Committees, staying up to date with emerging changes and requirements and influencing standards development
You will support Product Management in developing and implementing our Global Technology Platform by engaging in requirements definition and supporting the rollout phases
You will work with Teams from various functions, including Engineering, Operations and Quality. You will establish and maintain both internal and external networks to facilitate information exchange
You will oversee operations across multiple factories and work towards operational harmonization
You will ensure the effective implementation of both internal and external standards within our Power Transformers Units in Europe by conducting audits, identifying gaps and facilitating their resolution
You will be responsible for communicating updates, delivering training sessions and providing support and technical guidance to colleagues on Standards Compliance related questions
You will represent our Company in standard-related discussions with customers and industry stakeholders
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical are preferred)
10 to 15 years of experience in the Power Transformer field, preferably at Hitachi Energy
Experience in Project Management and managing Functional Teams
Deep knowledge of transformers design, manufacturing, testing and operations
Interest in AI tools and their potential integration into one's work
L6S green belt is preferred
Strong communication skills, fluent in English, both written and spoken
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively in international environment
Availability to travel (25% of the time)
