Partnerships Manager
to build and nurture strategic alliances that strengthen our ecosystem. This role focuses on creating
trust-based collaborations
with universities, accelerators, AI labs, and industry players—developing
organic lead channels
beyond paid marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and manage
strategic partnerships
with universities, accelerators, AI labs, and research hubs in Germany. - Analyze strategically important partners,
understand their needs, and proactively offer
value-driven solutions - Ensure partners feel
supported, heard, and successful
, with the goal of building long-term alliances. - Develop
partnership models
such as joint programs, events, talent pipelines, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. - Represent Camphire externally, building
credibility and trust
at meetings, events, and exchanges. - Travel with the founders to
events, trips, and ecosystem exchanges
to strengthen relationships. - Collaborate with the
founder and marketing team
to integrate partnerships into the growth strategy. - Track, report, and adapt strategies to maximize
partnership impact

Required Qualifications
- Good communication skills in German &
English. - Based in Germany and willing to
travel
for meetings, events, and exchanges. - Experience in
partnerships, business development, or ecosystem building
. - Strong
relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
. - Proven ability to
understand partner needs
, align goals, and deliver win–win outcomes. - Entrepreneurial mindset;
fast learner
who thrives in a startup environment. - Collaborative
team player
who works effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong existing
network or prior experience
with universities, accelerators, or AI labs in Germany. - Background in
AI, tech, or innovation-driven ecosystems

through partnerships, alliances, or ecosystems
