Your mission

Are you highly organized and interested in startups and innovation?

As a Program Associate (m / f / d), you will support our team in planning and executing programs, assist startups, and ensure smooth operations. Join our team and gain valuable experience in the startup ecosystem!

• Support the Startup Program Manager (m / f / d) in planning and executing programs
• Coordinate appointments, workshops, and events
• Assist participating startups (first point of contact for organizational matters)
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials
• Maintain the network of mentors, investors, startups, and partners
• Support in recruiting startups

Your profile

• You are highly organized and have strong multitasking skills.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in project management or the startup scene.
• You have a basic understanding of startups and the challenges they face.
• You are a strong communicator, a team player, and enjoy working with people.
• You work independently, are reliable, and stay calm and focused even in stressful situations.
• You have excellent German and English skills.
