We’re now looking for a Station Maintenance Manager to lead our team in Düsseldorf (DUS).

Your Mission

As Station Maintenance Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our Düsseldorf station – ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality, and leading your team to deliver outstanding results.

You Will

• Lead and inspire a team of licensed engineers, mechanics, and support staff.
• Oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with EASA Part‑145 standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for our airline customers, ensuring strong relationships and top‑tier service delivery.
• Manage resources and budgets, keeping operations smooth and cost‑efficient.
• Promote continuous improvement, implementing new ideas and processes to raise quality and productivity.
• Foster a safety‑first culture, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and company standards.

What You Bring

• Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in a maintenance or engineering environment.
• Valid EASA Part‑66 Aircraft Maintenance License (B1 and/or B2) preferred.
• Solid understanding of EASA Part‑145 regulations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and people management skills.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to make confident operational decisions.
