Stellv. Teamleiter Client Support (m/w/d)

We are looking for a motivated individual to support our IT Operations team. The role involves managing server environments, setting up network infrastructure, implementing new software and cloud apps, and maintaining our comprehensive IT environment, providing a broad field for IT professionals.

Your responsibilities include:

Receiving, documenting, and prioritizing incident reports and service requests via phone, email, or ticket system.
Escalating unresolved issues to 2nd-level support or relevant departments.
Managing, configuring, and installing equipment such as forklift terminals, handheld scanners, and label printers at our warehouse locations.
Setting up and maintaining PCs, laptops, and peripherals according to company standards.
Participating in the planning and implementation of automated IT services based on workflow processes.
Maintaining and developing system and user documentation.
Balancing operational tasks with supporting the team leader.

Qualifications:

Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification.
Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft system administration (Windows 11, Office 365, etc.) and Microsoft Active Directory.
Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools (e.g., Matrix42 Digital Workspace Management) is desirable.
Willingness to travel approximately 20% to support other locations.
Availability for on-call duties outside core working hours and on weekends.
Excellent German language skills; basic English skills for phone communication.
Independent, solution-oriented working style.
Strong customer and service orientation.
