We are looking for a supportive Deputy Store Manager with the passion to deliver a high-quality shopping experience.

Location: Iserlohn-Letmathe, ALDI Nord Group

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a special shopping experience and highly satisfied customers.
• Supporting as a replacement for the First Seller (m/w/d) or First Authority (m/w/d), assisting in efficient workflow management and team training.
• Managing all tasks in sales floor and storage areas.
• Inspecting incoming goods, setting them up on the sales floor and checking their minimum shelf life.
• Restocking and checking the freshness of fruits, vegetables and bakery products.
• Performing cashier duties and supporting storage and cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Power/energy to strengthen our team.
• Completed training in retail, with or without prior experience, including non‑traditional backgrounds.
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Motivation to work carefully and quickly.
• Flexibility, teamwork spirit, joueurs organisational talent and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (at least B1) for smooth steep communication with customers.
