Stellvertretender Center Manager

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the center manager, takes on overall authority for meeting center operations production goals
• In collaboration with center manager, manages all inventories to optimum levels by maximizing efficiencies, customer service levels and minimizing investment
• Identifies problem areas and implements corrective action as needed to ensure efficient donor flow throughout the center
• Ensures compliance with all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and applicable federal, state and local regulations
• Supports continuous improvement; collects and analyzes data to maintain and improve center quality, efficiency and profitability; implements effective corrective action plans when appropriate
• In collaboration with center and quality management, assists quality compliance by meeting company, regulatory and customer requirements to safeguard the purity and efficacy of the plasma and the safety of donors and employees
• Follows all Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures
• In collaboration with center manager, ensures the center and all employees comply with OSHA regulations and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and professional work experience required
• Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience, or
• Completion of CSL Plasma Leadership Development Program
