For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• You support the development and implementation of a unified store design concept, including standardized layouts for new stores, relocations, and refurbishments
• Creating inspiring mood boards, conducting material research, and developing 2D and 3D visualizations are part of your daily business – especially for extraordinary store formats
• You design new furniture with a focus on functionality, sustainability, and brand-consistent design – including prototyping and adapting existing furniture pieces
• You prepare, review, and approve technical drawings for implementation by external shopfitters
• You define design guidelines for proprietary and third-party brand furniture and ensure their international consistency
• With a trained eye, you make sure that any local deviations from the design concept are made only in close coordination with headquarters
• You also contribute to the technical exchange with our suppliers and actively maintain our network of vendors and agencies

YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

• You hold a degree in architecture, interior design, retail design, or a related field
• With several years of experience in store design, you are well-prepared for this role
• You have an excellent understanding of global retail design trends and know how to present your ideas convincingly
• You are proficient in using CAD tools, visualization software, and material databases
• You work in a structured and self-reliant manner and enjoy developing creative solutions
• Strong communication skills in both German and English complete your profile
