• Develop and implement daily sales strategies to drive business growth
• Direct merchandising efforts to maximize presentation and meet sales targets
• Monitor loss prevention standards and ensure store audit compliance and results
• Assist in leading key areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain experience across all areas of the business
• Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products
• Communicate promptly with teammates about accidents or injuries to store leadership
• Set clear priorities, sales targets, and KPIs for sales teammates to achieve desired outcomes
• Support leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and continuous training
