YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As Store manager, you will be a model in terms of sales, customer experience and loyalty, spending most of your time on the shop floor. You will promote the brand’s culture and values in its daily environment as well as a talent hunter, people manager and skills developer.

Job responsibilities

YOUR IMPACT:

Business and client developer

• Monitorthe store performance and always remain aware of market trends.
• Take responsibility of the P&L.
• Identifyareas of improvement and work hand in hand with managers to implement action plans to achieve the commercial goals.
• Establisha client-centric mindset to offer clients the best experience in store and achieve the CRM objectives.
• Translate the store’sobjectivesinto concrete daily targets and tasks, inspire the team to reach the targets.
• Be the link between the head office and the store.

Brand ambassador and promoter

• Be the ambassador of the brand and endorse the culture and values to promote CELINE.
• Ensure the best level of client experience.
• Handle delicate customer situations if needed.

Process owner

• Ensure that all the processes are compliant with the legal, regulatory and internal requirements.
• Being responsible of the Stock.
• Being responsible of the Store planning.
• Guarantee the proper execution of all tasks related to the digitalization of the store.
• Detect new talents in your daily environment and recruit them.
• Manage the team to drive the business: create a positive work environment, develop the team spirit.
• Regularly coach the team to ensure they develop the key skills expected at their position.

Profile

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Education :

• Business School, University or “equivalent experience”

Experience :

• Experience in luxury/fashion business required
• Strong business sense and ability to driveresults
• Product and fashionsensitivity
• Proven ability to manage large teams, strongleadership
• High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty
• Strong communicationskills
• Organizational skills, sense of priorities and agility
• Talent for coaching and developing ateam
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy,sincerityand curiosity
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment
• Detailoriented,highlyorganized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of theorganization
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, andholidays

Languages : Fluency in German and English is a must. Proficiency in other language(s) will be an advantage.
