Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store is well-stocked, immaculately presented, and operating efficiently.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a personalized and high-end shopping experience for each customer, driving loyalty and satisfaction.
• Sales Performance: Track and analyze store performance, recommending strategies to achieve sales goals and improve results.
• Inventory Management: Manage stock levels and ensure effective stock turnover.
• Brand Alignment: Uphold brand standards and policies to maintain the store’s luxury image.
• Collaboration: Work closely with regional and area managers to implement strategies and support team training.

Your Ideal Candidate

• Experience: Proven success in a management role within luxury fashion retail, ideally with previous leadership experience.
• Languages: Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.
• Customer-Centric: A deep passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
