Responsibilities

1. Work actively with the team to achieve or exceed relevant KPIs in the store's stock area.
2. Communicate and collaborate effectively with the OPS / stock team to ensure optimal and safe store operations.
3. Understand store and individual goals; utilize available resources to meet or surpass these goals.
4. Assist in fulfilling customer expectations and ensure the store remains clean and organized.
5. Follow store rules and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
6. Support in stocking the sales floor with necessary merchandise to ensure availability for customers.
7. Control and maintain current inventory levels to minimize losses.
8. Complete all required training and apply learned skills to work tasks.
9. Show willingness to learn and use opportunities to improve performance and personal development.
10. Monitor and manage online orders for Click & Collect and Ship from Store processes.
11. Maintain active communication with supervisors and manage transfer lists and deadlines.
12. Handle customer returns and prepare merchandise for transfers properly.
13. Uphold adidas values, especially promoting diversity and inclusion (DEI).
14. Perform cashier duties when needed.
15. Engage with customers, colleagues, and supervisors regularly.
16. Possess retail professional skills and basic operations/lager knowledge.
17. Have 0-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or stock management; vocational training as a warehouse clerk is desirable.
18. Possess good German and basic English language skills, with proficiency in spelling and math.
