As a Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth and achieve key performance indicators within your assigned region.
Key responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, securing orders, preparing and negotiating annual contracts, and representing the company at trade shows and cross-functional meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline, combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
Fluency in English is necessary, with additional skills in German being a plus.
Travel internationally as required, and be comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
