Strategic Buyer Staffing Services

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the procurement of staffing services - for the main organisation in Stuttgart and for Europe wide projects
• You will be responsible for setting up and onboarding new suppliers and further developing the existing supplier management system
• The execution of tenders and contract negotiations (framework agreements, service- and work contracts) are also a part of your duties as the creation of purchase orders, accounts payable management and invoice verification
• In this position, you will be an important interface both with the external personnel departments for employee leasing as well as with the various internal specialist departments and project managers

Qualifications;

• Completed a commercial apprenticeship - ideally in the field of staffing services
• At least three years of professional experience in the relevant field of work and ideally come from a plant engineering environment
• Fluent in German and English and have advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• Taking responsibility for complex tasks and projects and appreciate a process-oriented flexible way of working
• You are able to remain calm even under great stress and still act in a customer-oriented manner
• Good networker and enjoy working in teams
• You bring a willingness to always learn new things and to act flexibly in achieving goals
