As our new Strategic Buyer based in Baden-Baden, you'll play a key role in shaping supplier relationships, driving cost savings, and supporting our business goals. If you enjoy working across teams, negotiating smart deals, and keeping things running smoothly — this might be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive sourcing activities and manage material changes, including PPAP processes
• Negotiate quotes and contracts, and review supplier agreements
• Ensure suppliers deliver on time and handle reimbursement claims when needed
• Implement smart inventory solutions like CMI, VMI, or 3PL
• Support business goals with a focus on cost savings, supplier performance, and margin improvement

What We're Looking For

• You have a degree in business, logistics, supply chain or a similar field — or 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement or supplier management
• You've worked with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards
• You know your way around Siemens Teamcenter PLM
• You're confident in negotiating and managing supplier contracts
• You're organized, proactive, and treat the business like it's your ow
• You are fluent in English and have good German skill
