We are seeking a talented Commercial Director to join our team and drive the success of our Mass Retail Channel in Germany. As a key leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that meet and exceed our business objectives.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that drive growth. You will also lead a high-performing team of National Account Managers and Key Account Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their targets.
Your expertise in negotiation, customer relationship management, and P&L ownership will be essential in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance our performance.

• Develop differentiated strategies for each customer aligned with broader commercial goals.
• Owning sales forecast gross margins trade spends promotional budgets & revenue targets per customer.
