Responsibilities

• You support the global business units of Freudenberg Filtration Technologies with precise strategic analyses that create strategic clarity and facilitate decision-making

• You accompany business units in the development and implementation of future-oriented business strategies

• As part of the strategic planning process, you take responsibility for implementation and monitoring

• You conduct market analyses and exploratory studies and derive recommendations for action

• You contribute to securing, expanding, or newly developing competitive advantages

• You take the lead in selected initiatives and special projects – for example in the areas of M&A or business development

• With your expertise, you support the optimization of sales strategies within the business units

• You independently analyze sales data, prepare results professionally, and derive strategic recommendations for action

Qualifications

• You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics with a focus on sales strategy, data analysis, and statistics; knowledge of the filtration industry is a plus

• You bring experience in strategy consulting and market research – and have already successfully implemented your concepts

• Project management, data analysis, and the use of AI technologies are among your strengths

• You are confident in strategic analysis, market segmentation, and competitive monitoring

• You are familiar with CRM systems, SAP SD, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), BOARD, and Copilot

• You think entrepreneurially, act analytically, and always keep the customer focus in mind

• You are fluent in both German and English (C1 level)
