Overview

Working at Atlassian: Atlassians can choose where they work — in an office, from home, or a combination. This is a remote role with regular travel to partner sites throughout the region. Advanced German language skills (spoken and written) are required. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually as part of a distributed-first company.

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional growth by building and managing a robust, partner-led sales pipeline.
  • Secure and close strategic, high-value enterprise deals with key partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Account Executives and strategic sales teams; support success through partner engagement and solution alignment.
  • Foster strong, trusted relationships with partners and customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and value delivery.
  • Leverage market insights and customer needs to shape and execute impactful go-to-market strategies; champion partner and customer interests internally.

Your team and role: You will join a newly formed Partner Sales Team across EMEA and APAC, reporting to the Head of International Partner Sales. You will help shape culture, share ideas, and drive the global partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Advanced German language skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience with top-tier SaaS vendors or major cloud providers; proven ability to drive results in the DACH region.
  • Extensive direct enterprise sales experience, including quota-carrying, pipeline creation, and deal management; knowledge of partner ecosystems and a track record of driving results.
  • Experience working with or enabling Global and Strategic System Integrators (GSIs/SIs) in the DACH market or similar enterprise environments.
  • Partner account experience in complex, quota-driven co-sell environments.
