What is the role?

As a Strategic Partnership Manager you will lead and expand our relationships with payload providers across the space industry, securing long‑term strategic partnerships around instruments that fly onboard our spacecraft.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key payload providers in Earth Observation, SAR, Radio Frequency, PNT, Broadband and Direct‑to‑Device domains.
• Identify and develop joint sales opportunities with strategic suppliers, aligning their capabilities with EnduroSat’s commercial goals.
• Manage payload suppliers as active sales channels, collaborating closely with EnduroSat’s sales team and supplier representatives to drive mutual success.
• Assist EnduroSat’s procurement team in evaluating and onboarding payload providers when direct purchases are required.
• Ensure payload provider commitment and alignment with EnduroSat’s sales efforts, supporting internal teams in closing deals and delivering value.
• Continuously monitor and report on trends, innovations and movements in the payload supplier market to inform strategic decisions.

What do we look for?

• Proven experience in strategic partnership management within the space industry.
• Strong understanding of payload technologies and their integration into spacecraft.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally across sales, procurement and technical teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
