Your Mission: Build strong partnerships. You will own partner relationships in the healthcare sector, identifying, onboarding, and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive business growth. You will expand the network, foster long-term collaborations, and contribute to the success of our AI-driven solution. Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire partnership lifecycle: identifying and onboarding partners (primarily in the healthcare sector) and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships.
- Strategic growth: identify and develop long-term partnership opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Product strategies: co-develop and implement them with existing partners.
- Go-to-market strategies: drive Go-to-Market strategy with key existing partners.
- Contract expertise: review, negotiate, and approve partnership agreements; understand common pitfalls and best practices.
- Lead the implementation process: act as the key interface between partners and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering).
- Project and stakeholder management: oversee partner projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Define and monitor KPIs for individual partnerships and the overall function, ensuring measurable success.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in partnership management or a similar role; experience negotiating with clients and partners.
- Strong understanding of partnership models and agreements; able to review, negotiate, and approve contracts while avoiding common pitfalls.
- Solid sales and marketing knowledge to coordinate between teams and drive partner success.
- Project management skills for onboarding to go-to-market initiatives.
- Strategic thinker who identifies long-term partnership opportunities aligned with voize’s goals.
- Data-driven approach; ability to define and monitor KPIs to measure success and optimize performance.
- Technical understanding to discuss and facilitate integrations between partners, product managers, and engineers.
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) for effective engagement with local and international partners.
