Strategic Procurement Manager (m/f/d) - Software

This role is pivotal in **Sourcing Strategy Development****:** Promote **end-to-end sourcing processes for IT-spend**, delivering value beyond financial contribution, understanding and translating business requirements into effective **sourcing strategies that enable innovation and digital growth.** Utilize your extensive experience to negotiate high-value contracts with industry leaders, showcasing a successful track record in securing beneficial agreements, and fostering long-term partnerships with suppliers as well as with internal stakeholders.**Professional Experience:** A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in procurement, particularly in IT- and Technology sectors, with international and cross-functional experience in a global matrix organization. In-depth knowledge of: **Negotiation Skills:** Proven track record in negotiating large-scale strategic contracts with leading Software Vendors, Resellers and IT-providers(e.g. Microsoft, VMware, Atlassian, AWS, Adobe, Broadcom, Oracle, SAP, Actian, Salesforce, Software One, CDW, etc.) and successful implementation of strategic projects. Strong, solution oriented, extroverted personality with the capability to independently **Education:** Completed degree in business administration or IT. **Language Skills:** Full professional proficiency in English, Intermediate proficiency in German with willingness learning and improvement language skills, additional languages are considered as an advantage. Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with procurement management system is a plus.Drive for change, exceptional communication skills, commercial awareness, and ability to act as a business partner to senior management.
