Strategic Procurement Sourcing Specialist – Logistics (French Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sourcing initiatives for logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, with a focus on European suppliers.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers in French-speaking markets.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to understand requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and supplier analysis to inform procurement decisions.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support continuous improvement and cost optimization in logistics sourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in logistics.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of European logistics markets and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
