Responsibilities

• Development and leadership of strategic programs to strengthen supplier quality and strategic procurement.
• Management of global, cross‑functional projects including planning, reporting, and budget and resource management.
• Analysis of risks and opportunities and implementation of sustainable improvement initiatives.
• Establishment and maintenance of a global supplier quality network.
• Promotion of knowledge sharing, training, and best practices.
• Development of standardized methods, processes, and digital solutions across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, strategic procurement, supply chain, or engineering.
• Proven experience in leading international programs and virtual teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and results presentation.
• Proactive, self‑driven working style with a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and intercultural competence.
• Very good command of English; German is an advantage; willingness to travel up to 25%.
