As a Strategic Buyer (m/w/d), you will shape the pharmaceutical procurement strategy for Germany. You will lead key negotiations, optimise terms, and build long‑term partnerships with industry stakeholders. Leveraging the new dynamics in the e‑Prescription market, you will collaborate with manufacturers to identify and scale innovative business opportunities.

Über Deine Aufgaben

Lead strategic negotiations in the Rx pharmacy sector.
Build and maintain supplier relationships in Germany to ensure long‑term alignment and performance.
Drive market and manufacturer developments, moderating negotiations and annual dialogues.
Be involved end‑to‑end – from supplier side to end‑customer perspective.
Develop and implement a negotiation framework to scale and standardise close collaboration with suppliers.
Manage contracts, purchasing terms, and trade conditions within complex regulatory requirements.
Design multi‑year strategies in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Über Dich

Completed studies in a commercial field or a comparable commercial apprenticeship.
Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical trade and health management, especially in the regulated RX market.
Experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and terms optimisation.
Enjoy building sustainable partnerships and making strategic decisions.
Practical experience in pharmaceutical wholesale or in the RX, generics, or parallel import sector, ideally in a key‑account role with wholesale responsibility.
