We are looking for a procurement professional with a passion for IT software.
Starting as soon as possible, we are seeking to strengthen our Corporate Management department in a staff function at our Münster location.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for our software products and services, negotiating contractual terms with providers.
- Contribute to strategic price management processes and embed the procurement function into operational ERP processes.
- Participate in organizing GWS partner management for partner solutions.
- Identify cost-saving and innovation potentials, working closely with internal departments to meet needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and innovations in the software sector.
- Manage procurement risk and ensure compliance.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, a comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience.
- Affinity for strategic procurement of software products and services.
- Several years of project experience with Microsoft ERP projects, additional software products, and partner networks.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with an analytical and strategic working style.
- Understanding of core processes in strategic procurement.
- Excellent German and English language skills, spoken and written.
