About the position

This full-time position is based in Berlin. The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in executing strategic initiatives, supporting the General Manager, and driving operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a hands-on executor with a consulting background, a strong analytical mindset, and experience in scaling technology-driven organizations. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the company’s growth.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for executing strategic projects, optimizing internal processes, supporting cross-functional teams, and developing market insights to drive business expansion.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution: Work closely with the General Manager to implement strategic initiatives that align with company objectives.
Operational Support: Streamline internal processes, improve efficiency, and support execution across various business functions.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research into industry trends, emerging markets, and competitive landscapes to inform business decisions.
Partnership Coordination: Support the identification and execution of strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.
Project Management: Drive initiatives forward by coordinating between teams, setting milestones, and ensuring timely execution.
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
2-3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business development within a technology or high-growth environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable steps.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Highly adaptable, hands-on, and capable of executing in a dynamic environment.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams and aligning business processes for efficiency.
