What You'll Do

Develop and execute comprehensive strategy for our market segments to drive growth within the General Manufacturing & Maintenance market
Drive M&A strategy for respective markets and support with operationalization to ensure inorganic growth
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, including R&D & sales leadership, to align strategic initiatives with overall business goals and ensure successful implementation of strategies
Lead strategic projects, providing insights and recommendations in line with our strategy
Facilitate strategic discussions with stakeholders to foster alignment across stakeholders
Support with committee work to senior management

What Makes You a Good Fit

Master in business, chemistry, engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant job experience in consulting
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and proven experience in strategy development and execution
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Fluent English skills
