As Strategy & Operations Associate/Principal

Responsibilities include:

• Strategic Execution: Define, structure, and execute high-priority strategic initiatives that drive company growth and operational efficiency across all our departments
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Execute complex, cross-departmental projects from conception to delivery, acting as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment and efficiency improvement
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and design scalable, data-driven processes to improve speed, quality, and output across the organization
• Business Intelligence: Conduct in-depth analysis and modeling to support decision-making, measure the success of new initiatives, and track key operational KPIs
• Product & Market Operations: Assist in the operationalization of new product launches and market expansions, ensuring commercial teams are equipped with the right tools and playbooks
• Change Management: Drive the adoption of new systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration into daily workflows through effective communication and training

We Are Looking For Candidates Who…

• have a STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university,
• have a track record of outstanding achievement in different areas,
• have 4+ years of experience in a top-tier investment bank/PE, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company,
• are ready to go the extra mile,
• are solution-first thinkers, and
• are ready to own and execute complex projects independently
