Perform s tructural and strength analyses for mechanical components and assemblies
Support static, dynamic, and thermal calculations
Create, execute, and evaluate FEA / CAE simulations
Interpret simulation results and derive design optimization recommendations
Contribute to the design, verification, and validation of structural components
Collaborate closely with design, development, and testing teams
Assist in defining and evaluating load cases, boundary conditions, and material properties
Prepare technical documentation and analysis reports
Actively contribute to engineering projects with a strong hands-on mindset
Entry level: No prior full-time professional experience required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials Science, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering (with strong technical focus) or a comparable technical field
Relevant hands-on experience gained through working student positions, internships, or comparable technical university projects (e.g. Formula Student, WARR) is mandatory
Solid understanding of structural mechanics fundamentals (e.g. strength, stiffness, load paths)
Knowledge of composite and metallic material behavior
Ability to interpret simulation results and apply sound engineering judgment
Experience in technical documentation and clear engineering communication
Experience with programming or automation for analysis (e.g. Python, scripting, parametric workflows) is beneficial
Business fluent English skills (C-Level), German skills beneficial
