- Program Coordination & Documentation: maintain program documentation, timelines, and progress tracking. Prepare monthly and quarterly status updates, manage project templates, and ensure clear communication across HR, communications, and business leaders. Support quarterly planning cycles and reporting to leadership.
- Community & Culture Building: create a positive, curious culture around AI by organizing recognition programs, sharing success stories and use cases from Champions, and fostering peer learning through knowledge‑sharing events and exchanges.
- Other tasks: support any other tasks assigned, shifting priorities and activities as required by the changing ecosystem.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail, follow‑through, and ability to juggle multiple workstreams.

- Genuine interest in AI and commitment to learning about AI capabilities, responsible use, and organizational adoption challenges.
- Positive and proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with ability to work independently and manage ambiguity in a fast‑moving environment.
