Student Assistant Corporate Strategy – Partner Management

As part of our Corporate Strategy team, you will help shape the strategic future of 4flow as a global organization. You'll work closely with our business units and the marketing team to strengthen and further develop our partnership with our research and advisory firms while gaining valuable insights into our most innovative supply chain initiatives.

What your new challenge will look like:

You will join our Corporate Strategy team and play an active role in managing 4flow's strategic collaboration with our research and advisory partners.

• You coordinate and track interactions with our partner, including scheduling meetings, sending invitations, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
• By maintaining structured and transparent documentation and managing its storage, you support roadmap planning and ensure accessibility.
• Keeping the entire 4flow organization up to date by preparing and distributing internal communication and enablement materials based on both 4flow content and partner reports is an important part of your role.
• You contribute actively to the Corporate Strategy team and help drive this high-impact strategic initiative forward.

• You study Business Administration, Industrial Engineering (preferably with a logistics or supply chain focus), or a related field, and will remain enrolled for at least two more semesters.
• Your first experiences in project management have strengthened your clear communication and structured, detail-oriented way of working.

• Strong English skills (C1/C2), optional German, and confident use of MS Office tools round off your profile.
