Student assistant events, journalism network and administration at Clean Energy Wire

The non-profit projects Clean Energy Wire CLEW and Klimafakten support journalists and others interested in the energy transition and communication on climate change and the solutions.

You will be involved in the implementation and organisation of a wide range of tasks:

• Correspondence at all levels – with participants, network members and speakers, the team, hotels or caterers.Verbal and written, digital and personal, planned and spontaneous.
• Support in the organisation and implementation of online and offline events, internal and external communication about the event as well as its logistical preparation.
• Maintaining the network of journalists and other CLEW contacts in the CMS (contact management system).
• Assisting with the supervision and updating of orders and invoices as well as the preparatory activities for the accounting department.
• Helping the adminstration team with administrational work
