Student Trainee / Structural Engineer – Support & Product Development | Munich

• You are enrolled in structural engineering
• You have already gained some knowledge of structural analysis in the design of structural components
• You have already gained experience in using FEA software and structural frame & truss analysis software, ideally with Dlubal programs
• You have very good German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2) skills, both written and spoken

• Analyzing structures: You will use our cutting-edge structural analysis programs to model and analyze exciting supporting structures. You will help customers realize their projects by providing support with specific challenges or problems.
• Teamwork and support: As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to the creation of technical manuals and images. Your work will ensure that our documentation is not only understandable, but also practical and user-friendly. To this end, we exchange ideas with our international colleagues.
• Development and programming: You will contribute to the further development of our software and support the programmers with your knowledge in the field of structural design. You will carry out tests and be responsible for certain aspects of program development. Your opinion is valued, and you can actively participate in discussions on the topics you are responsible for.
• Structure of the Dlubal Academy: You will use your expertise in construction to further develop our website as a central knowledge platform. You will write technical articles, create easy-to-understand instructions, and transform content from development into clear tutorials that help beginners and experts alike.

Your Mission

As a student trainee, you’ll bring your passion for structural design to our team and play an active role in support and product development. While you’ll assist our users—such as students—with their technical software inquiries, you’ll also perform comparative calculations and test scenarios for Dlubal products. In doing so, you’ll benefit our users across all areas, who will gain the most from your technical product support as well as your involvement in shaping the software.
