Fraunhofer AISEC, headquartered in Garching bei München with branches in Berlin and Weiden in der Oberpfalz, accompanies digital transformation processes in key industries such as the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, aviation, and medicine with internationally recognized top research.
Responsibilities
- Actively support our PR and marketing team with a varied and interesting scope of tasks.
- Co‑operate with the internal and external stakeholders of Fraunhofer AISEC and promote its expertise and technologies to clients and prospective applicants.
Requirements
- You study Communication, Media, or Humanities or have an interest in entering the field of “PR & Marketing” and have first knowledge of digital communication.
- You are a digital native, confident with digital tools, skilled at using social‑media channels, and have an eye for digital photo, video, or audio content.
- You enjoy organizing events and trade shows – both in‑person and online formats.
- A confident presence, teamwork, social competence, flexibility, and independent, precise work are equally important for our team.
- Good MS Office skills and a safe use of the internet are required. Experience with graphic creation tools or photo/video/audio editing is helpful. Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) is an advantage.
- A basic understanding of cybersecurity and its relevance and functions is also expected.

Work Hours & Compensation
The weekly working time is up to 20 hours. Employment, remuneration, and social benefits are governed by the public service collective agreement (TVöD).
