Are you getting excited while reading these words? As a Studio Assistant you will help carry out our mission by effectively assisting in running the studio operations and supporting other team members. You will add value to the company's success by taking responsibility over your tasks and be a great example.

What does your workday look like?

• You are the first point of contact for the customers
• You will ensure our hospitality and services are of the highest standard
• You are responsible for the health and safety in the studio and will make sure all hygiene standards are met
• You will oversee all daily and monthly tasks in operations, sales and administration
• You are able to show leadership skills and provide feedback to other team members
• You form relationships with the riders and help build Rostudio's community

Furthermore:

• You are aware of all operational procedures and know how to handle maintenance issues
• Your working schedule can be from Monday till Sunday between half-an-hour before and half-an-hour after studio opening hours

Your Qualifications

• A love for sports and the Rostudios brand and an interest in hospitality and customer service
• Team oriented with an ability to multitask and combine communicational with operational tasks
• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty. You value tidiness, cleanliness and hygiene
• Proactiveness and a creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
• Flexibility within studio opening hours
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Available for a minimum of 2 shifts (+/- 8 hours)
• Living in Berlin or nearby area

In 2024, we introduced a new concept to our movement family: RoForm.
RoForm is a high-intensity, full-body strength workout inspired by pilates and performed on our custom-built reformer machines. Control, tempo, power, and precision lie at the heart of each 50-minute class. RoForm builds foundational strength, improves posture, increases mobility, and, of course, balances the mind.Every class is designed with a central focus - core, glutes, upper body - but you'll work every muscle in the body as you move through a series of intentional, flowing exercises. RoForm demands both focus and fire. It redefines strength from the inside out. More than a workout, RoForm is a revolution.
