Join our team as a Superintendent Hotel- Refit & Projects, where you'll play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing hotel projects for large-scale passenger ship refits and onboard operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless coordination across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all hotel project activities, including planning, preparation, execution and control of large‑scale passenger ship refit programs and smaller hotel projects, ensuring timeliness, quality, and budget compliance across disciplines and stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Brand, Fleet, and Ship Managers during project execution and dry‑dock periods, supervising and managing all activities related to assigned projects and systems, including maintenance. Provide technical expertise and operational support
Drive continuous improvement, dynamically optimizing activity planning based on lessons learned and evolving circumstances
Conduct reports, statistical analysis, and progress control to track yard performance and project efficiency
Perform additional duties as required, contributing to overall project success

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in marine engineering, shipbuilding, ship operations, architecture, or interior design
Professional experience in architectural and interior design, hotel technology, and project management related to ship newbuilding, conversion, or repair projects
Extensive proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD for technical planning and execution
Extensive experience leading ship outfitting projects, with a strong focus on yard operations for cruise ships
Proven project management skills, including effective supplier coordination and management
Advanced problem‑solving skills
Structured and organized way of working as well as good time management
Service oriented with good communication skills
Very good English language skills! (English is our company language.)
