Supervisor Airport Services

Responsibilities

• To coordinate and control the quality, quantity of work of the airport handling company and supervisors airport services.
• To organize and control timely check-in of passengers and baggage.
• To organize and control of providing food and accommodation in hotels of passengers of delayed flights of airline.
• To prepare and transfer timely the report to Manager Airport Services.
• To coordinate a departure of passengers of the postponed / delayed flights on the following flight of the destination.
• Control over timeliness and correctness of information support of passengers in the terminal of the airport.
• To control boarding process of passengers according of airline standarts.
• Manage airport service supervisors.
• To control over the correct implementation of all technological processes in accordance with GOM during the shift on duty.

Requirements

• Previous work experience in customerservices position
• Higher education (preferably in Aviation);
• Fluent in German and English (Russian or Kazakh are an advantage);
