Job Description:

Deine Aufgaben – Du machst mit uns den Unterschied:

• Führung und Einsatzplanung des Lagerteams inklusive Coaching, Unterweisung und Qualifizierung.
• Steuerung der täglichen Lagerprozesse wie Wareneingang, Einlagerung, Nachschub, Kommissionierung, Verpackung, Versand und Retouren.
• Systemseitige Steuerung mit SAP WM, Mobisys und Autostore, inklusive KPI-Reporting, Sicherstellung der Bestands- und Prozessqualität sowie Durchführung von Buchungen.
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Inventuren, inklusive Planung, Organisation und Abstimmung mit Buchhaltung und Wirtschaftsprüfung.
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung durch Methoden wie 5S und Lean, Standardisierung von Abläufen sowie Gewährleistung der Arbeitssicherheit.
• Schnittstellenmanagement zu internen Abteilungen und Transportdienstleistern sowie Übernahme des Eskalationsmanagements.

Dein Profil – Damit begeisterst Du uns:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lager- oder Logistikbereich; eine Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker ist von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung eines Lagerteams.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP WM sowie idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Autostore-Systemen.
• Erfahrung im Schichtbetrieb, in der Steuerung von Leistungskennzahlen sowie in Change- und Transformationsprozessen.
• Klare und praxisorientierte Kommunikation sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
